Do Lutherans practice private Confession?

The Catholic Church teaches that Mary remained a virgin even after she had Jesus. One of the Gospels mentions in the first chapter that Mary was a virgin “until” Jesus’ birth which can indicate she wasn’t a virgin permanently. What do Lutherans teach?

Was Mary born without original sin?

Is it appropriate to say that Jesus died for all creation? Or did He just die for mankind?

Did Jesus raise Himself? Or did God the Father raise Him? Or both?
