Your funeral is your final opportunity to witness your faith. Funerals focus on what Jesus has done for us and the readings and hymns should reflect this. Planning your readings, hymns, and other details can also help your family as they are grieving. This form includes spaces for funeral and obituary details and well as suggested hymns and readings. Once you fill it out give copies to your next of kin and to the Church (we can make copies in the office for you).
