The Belt of Truth: Psalm 17:1-9

Psalm 17 is a cry of help to God from David who feels the threats of enemies around him but also from turmoil within him.
He appeals to God on the basis of his character and integrity but soon cuts off from that and turns to God in his steadfast love.
he eventually will describe his enemies and their portion in this life lulling them to destruction, but David’s reward will be to see and enjoy God’s presence when he wakes him up in the resurrection.
